If the body man-made, it might be described in these terms:
ost man-made inventions build for movement use
wheels. Wheels are ususlly connected to motors. The
drawbacks involved are numerous: motors can be
removed, wheels cannot negotiate rough terrain, and wheels cannot adjust themselves to suit different surfaces or loads.

To give a better performance, God has designed about 600 engines  (muscles) to help us move. These muscles make up about 40% of our body weight. Muscles are large in the legs and tiny in the eyes. Muscles enable use to adjust our movements to suit the task - from delicate movements through to powerful. This makes us far superior to any machine.
There are two kinds of muscle fibre: smooth and striped.
Smooth fibres operate without our will. They are found in such places as the intestines, stomach, lungs, bladder, veins and arteries.
Striped fibres operate at our will. We find them in the arms, legs, trunk, face, jaws, hands and feet.

Smooth muscles are set on automatic.
Striped muscles are set on voluntary.
Muscles never push - they can only pull by contraction.
