see the body as a
self-propelled power source, with many ingenious design features.
The body has continuously
variable gearing which allows full power
output
to be developed over a wide range of speeds.
The machine is
content with a great variety of
fuels and carries considerable reserves
of supplies.
The body also has an elaborate self-repairing facility
and
is lubricated continuously for its entire life. It is controlled
by a biochemical computer which automatically maintains all systems
automatically. It has built in
mechanisms governing navigation,
orientation, and mobility,
such as three dimensional optics, hifidelity
stereophonic
sound dectection, and olfactory or smell sensing devices.
Its higly sophisticated mobility and propulsion system
allows it to
climb, run, crawl and swim. The control
centre is so comples, it
enables the human to enjoy
abstract thought, creative ability and
self-awareness.
Bone is a perfect balance between weight and
strength, for the material used, with self-lubricating
joints. Muscle is a linear motor driven by fuel cells, including
electrical and chemical engineering. Skin is a
self-sealing material which protects the body, and
senses the enviroment, and controls the
temperature of the body. The heart is a
pump, the liver is a filter and chemical
factory, the kidney also manufactures
chemicals, the blood carries everything to and from every cell . . .
and every part of the body is dependent on all the other parts.
This interdependency indicates that all the seperate parts of the body
must have arisen at the same moment - otherwise the body would not
survive. The Bible tells us
that God created the first humans within one day.
