John, who really loved being with Jesus, said to Peter, “I know who that is. It’s Jesus!”
As soon as Peter heard that, he forgot about the fish and jumped into the sea. He swam as fast as he could to the shore and ran up to Jesus.
It was so wonderful to see him again.
