unconscious for fourteen hours. Mum and Dad say they have been up all night beside my bed, waiting for me to come round. I still feel dizzy, like I'm floating. Dad brought me a really nice book about cricketers, with colour photos all through. I think its a boring book but I won't tell Dad that. Mum brought me fruit and some books to read. I can't eat anything at the moment because of the pain in my head.

Mum said Tim's coming to see me later on today. She said he's really sorry for what he did and he's coming to apologize. It took me a while to understand why. I thought Tim liked me. He was always trying to help me learn to play cricket. How come when I got good at it he went and bowled the ball straight at my head? From behind! Did he really want to kill me? Good night diary.
