“We’ve got to help her!” said Ringo, “Here George, see if you can stretch that fishing pole of yours out to her!”
George quickly snapped the hooks off and stretched as far as he could with the pole until the grateful girl grasped the end of it and struggled to the bank.
“Thank you!” she said, “I nearly died out there!”
