Then a new girl came to school. The teacher introduced her as Roseanne Webber.

There was no mistaking the similarity to Rod. Long black hair, which fell smoothly from the top of her head. Same dark eyes and chubby face. Same mass of pimples.

As soon as we could get to talk to her, we asked her if she knew Rod.

"I'm his sister," she said. Then she smiled and winked at us. "Do you believe me?"
