By becoming a ChristArt member or by purchasing any of our CDs you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms may update from time to time so check back for changes that may affect you.

The ChristArt website ("Site") offers paid subscribers ("Members") a service that enables them to download digital media ("Content"). Those who purchase our CD(s) are also consider membersed having the same content Usage rights ("Rights") but their access to our content is limited to the CD(s) that they purchase. All content is owned by ChristArt, Inc ("Company") or our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright laws

Usage Rights Requirements

We grant rights to members who:
a. Limit the use of our content to allowed purposes.
b. Do not use our content for any banned purposes.

The Company may revoke membership and rights to anyone not meeting these requirements.

Allowed Purposes

a. Membership allows you to use content for personal and church purposes only.
b. You need to purchase a Merchandise License in addition to a membership in order to have license to use our content for commercial and/or advertising needs. A separate license must be purchased for each item you wish to use for this purpose.
c. At least one account per church is required. Denominations cannot share a membership among multiple churches.
d. Membership only allows one person to be signed in at a time.

Banned Purposes

a. Content may not be used for any illegal purposes.
b. You are not allowed to include content on websites that make it available to the general public without purchasing a membership (your church website is allowed).
c. Content cannot be used in a way that competes with ChristArt, Inc.
d. Memberships and content rights are non-transferable. ChristArt members may not sell, share, trade or transfer membership or membership rights.

Membership Refunds

If you download any content from ChristArt.com after a membership purchase, your account will not be refunded.

CD Return Policy

You may return an unopened CD within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free. We ship by media rate.

Governing Law and General Provisions

All claims will be heard in Broward County, Florida. This License will be governed by the laws in force in the State of Florida, USA.

Usage rights and membership shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with these terms.

NOTE: Prevent images from turning into ChristArt ads on your website. Copy any images you wish to use to your own server. We change the URL path to ChristArt's images periodically to discourage websites from pulling images from ChristArt's server. Any clipart pulled from an old path will be replaced with an advertisement for ChristArt.com.
