Nutty Page

Here are some nutty ideas for christmas, (or any other time, really). All you need are some nuts, some plasticine, paper, scissors, glue (PVA), and some sticks, and felts.

Start with a nut.
Look at it, and decide... is it a nut with personality... a boy? a girl?... how will it stand up... where should it have its eyes...?

Now, cut out two circles of paper, and draw a dot for an eye in them, and stick them on to the nut. Make some plasticine feet, and press them underneath.

You might like to make a "nutty family scene", so get that stick I mentioned, and press some plasticne feet on to it. Get the nuts ready, and press them on to the plasticine.

You might like to add a nutty messege, like:" My nutty family", or give them all names... Wally Walnut, Heather Hazelnut, Bruce Brazil, Albert Almond...
