| Your Son |
Christian Comfort / Joy |
| I wrote this poem for my friend who has lost her son. There really are no words when a young person dies, but God is such a soothing presence in our lives.I pray for all parents for strength and peace in Christ. |

| The Quiet Place |
Christian Comfort / Joy |
| My friend Diane knows the comforter. Her young nephew just died suddenly. She sits quietly with his Mother and listens. She is my Pastor's wife. She prays and comforts. She knows about "The Quiet Place." |
| Jesus Suffered More |
Easter / Ressurrection |
| Often I think of my suffering and how it changed after Jesus came into my life. We will celebrate the risen Christ on Sunday, but we must never forget how He suffered for us. |
| The Dancing Dolphins |
Christian Comfort / Joy |
| We took our friend and brother fishing today. God blessed us with a lovely vision of dolphins playing. Our friend said a sweet prayer of thanks to God. His name is Kent and we are so blessed by this man. |

| The Crucible of Truth |
God's Love / Grace / Mercy |
| I am once more compelled to write about love. It is God's commandment that we love Him, then others. We have all experienced love, but do we love God above all others? It is the crucible of truth. Jesus first loved us, then died to save us. |
| The Clamoring |
God's Love / Grace / Mercy |
| There is a woman in our church who is autistic. She often claps loudly and can be disruptive at times. We have much compassion for her and thankfully she keeps coming back. I am grateful to be in a church that serves. |

| The Poet's Dream |
Christian Comfort / Joy |
| It is encouraging to know that even when I die, God has given me His Word to share in poetry. Long after I am gone, His Word lives on. How awesome is that!! |
| As If There Are Three |
Prayer |
| I was having a rough day when my friend said to me, "Pray with your husband as if there were three. You, your husband, and God." What a beautiful thought and so we shall. |
| The Perfect Seven |
