Adieu
This is a poem about the attitude with which we approach life. As the Bible instructs us, we should not lay up our treasures on earth, but should strive to lay up treasures in heaven. As Christians we should live as pilgrims in this world.
God Is With Us
Proverbs 15:3 - The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. Whatever we do, wherever we go, know that God is with us all the time....seeing the good and bad that we do.
The Dawning of Hope
This poem begins in the shadows of darkness but ends in the light of Christ. It is an attempt to paint a realistic picture of what one's outlook can be like without Christ, and what it can become through Christ.
The Colors of Age
This poem describes some of the changes I've walked through since having breast cancer 4 years ago. I'm cancer free now praise be to God!
