I lost my husband of 51 years to lung cancer in 2008. We were childhood sweethearts and I was devistated and blocked out his passing by pretending he was away but when reality hit Something I can't explain happened to my soul.

My Mother died in 2004. She had alshiemers disease. I wrote this poem one night when I heard her prayers. She had many, many descendants.She was 93 when she died.
