I Never Whould Have Known

I never would have realised
what treasures I really had
until the doctor told me I was
very ill.

Now I am so confused and just
like in a dream this dose not
seem like it is real.

I wonder just why all of this
had to happen at this place in
time for I was so content and
thought I was doing fine.

I guess life proves to us
sometimes although it dose
not seem fair it is then we
turn our eyes to God for hope
and answered prayer.

It took me getting sick to
change my life around and
since I turned my life to
him new meaning I have found.

Now that I have come to know
God there is one thing I can
truly say that should I go or
should I stay I'll be a winner
either way.
