Again?!

At first, it seemed a minor thing -
I'd done it oft before -
To yield to You in everything...
But, this goes to the core!
The heart of me -
The part of me
That no one ever saw.

Give up my disdain and my pride,
That's what this Love demands;
Give up my arrogance, not hide
Is what Your Word commands.
So, endlessly,
Eternally,
On Your love, my life stands.

And, what when I have yeilded all,
What of ME will remain?
I want to answer to Your call,
But, this time, without pain!
Improbable?
Impossible!
But, still, I yield... again!
