Not Alone

She waits in the darkness, all alone
Waiting for someone to take her back home.
She calls for help, but no one can hear.
Then she stops calling, and sheds some more tears.
Soon a man comes and shows her love.
For he is the Son of God, who comes from above.
They walk through the woods, all day and all night.
She then realizes that he is also the light.
She once was a sheep, who had gone astray,
And he came to help her, and show her the way.
When she is with him, she is not alone,
Because when she is with him, she knows she is home.
