Grace lifted me from the tunnel of darkness and pain.
Angels counting tears as fallen rain.
Mercy guided the way to the awesome Light of love called Jesus Christ.
You know the one crucified for us.
Got to keep on steping with Jesus.
Detoured down Peaceful Lane
Mighty nice after the Streets almost
drove me insane.
Still stepping with Jesus.
Understanding is right down the road.
It's all in the Bible telling the
Greatest Story ever told.
Wisdom Lake flowed all through the place.
Never again to make the same mistakes.
Stepping with Jesus is the best thing in my life.
Doesn't matter how much the devil brings strife.
Remember, when we stumble and fall;
God immediately hears our humble call.
Ventured down many Dead End Streets.
Met Mr.Lies and Mrs.Deceit.
Finally realized, there was no one really worthy to meet.
Cause, stepping with Jesus is soo deliciously sweet.
God promised an Eternal Treat;
The kind that keeps me jumping with praise on tired feet.
