Separated And Suffering by Kathleen Higham Lord hear my prayer to You I am suffering with this trial Not knowing where it takes me Has discouraged me for a while 1st Peter 4:12 At times I am tired and weary Yet in You my Lord I can rest For if I partake in Your suffering I am so humbled by this test 1st Peter 4:13 Oh call me to Your Gospel As I rejoice in this separation Proclaiming Your beloved Word This most Holy proclamation Romans 9:3 Lord I acknowledge this separation To speak Your Words I must Suffer according to the Will of God For it is in You that I trust 1st Peter 4:19 I am separated to the Gospel But in Your silence I hear The Word of God calls to me Comforting me in my fear Romans 1:1 I am separated to the Gospel And I know this to be true For pleasing God in my suffering Means I'll never separate from You Galatians 1:15 |
