From Mind to Heart to Hands by The Amazing Poet Once when life seemed so bad, I thought I was giving all I had. When one day it occurred to me That I was my worst enemy! I thought I could not control myself anymore. I was about to go runnin' out the door! Then the Lord said to me, "Don't go! It's all in your head!" I knew I needed to relax and think this over on my bed. As I laid there the Lord did reveal, that its my thoughts that did the great steal! I found that my actions had a long root, the source needed to be kicked with a boot! The root of my action was straight from my mind. Thats why I wanted to kick someone's behind! The Bible is true, it can be nothing less, And even it says our thoughts are the source of our happiness. So, if I want peace, and real obedience, I will think on whats good and I will find rest. |
