Pass It On !

It was a game we played as children, we sure had a lot of fun
We would pass along a message, then we'd laugh when it was done
All the words kept changing places, but the meaning never did
All you saw was happy faces, as it passed from kid to kid

Pass It On
That Jesus loves you, and He wants to be your friend
Pass It On
That He thinks of you, and He will until the end
Pass It On
Is more than just a game, it's how we share Our Fathers name
Pass It On
That's what we called it, now we're called to do the same

When a kind word comes your way
Just say thanks, you made my day
Then........Pass It On

When you see a child smile
Just enjoy it for a while
Then........Pass It On

When a good deed happens to you
Feel the Holy Spirit renew you
Let it live a new life through you
Then........Pass It On

Pass It On, that He has risen
Pass It On, that He is living
Pass It On, that we're forgiven through His grace

Pass It On, the gifts He gave us
Pass It On, that He forgave us
Pass It On, so He could save us, took our place

Pass It On was what we called it, but back then it was a game
Years have passed now and we're older, we are called to do the same
Pass It On is what He taught us, when He walked across this land
Pass It On the love He brought us, and make others understand

It was a game we played as children, never knew it meant so much
When you pass along His message, think of all the lives you'll touch
He's our God who kept His promise, when He rose up Easter dawn
When you meet a doubting Thomas, show your faith and Pass It On
