What The Lord Gives Me

Peace
Peace like a river is what He puts in my heart
And now that I am saved, no one can ever pull us apart.
But when I think about my sin I do get very sad;
But now that I know that my name is in God's book,
I do not think I could be anymore glad.

Joy
He fills my heart with joy everyday,
And I say that will never be taken away.
Because He says he loves me and I love him too,
And if he loves me, He also loves you.

Faith
I know I am in the arms of my Lord,
I also know that my bible is my sword.
My God is so good, and my God is so great;
I love my Lord and the Lord does not hate.

Love
The Lord is my Shepherd, and I am His sheep.
The Lord watches me everywhere, even when I sleep.
When I think of all His great power, and I think of even Him;
I know I am running the Christian race and I know I will definitely win!
