My Prayer

Help me Lord, to trust you more,
Sweep away all doubts and fears.
Not just for today Lord,
but down through all my years.

Help me, Lord, to love you more,
and to love others too.
Help me to be more compassionate,
in all I say and do.

Help me, Lord, to visualize
your beauty and your grace.
Help me to remain steadfast,
until I finish the race.

Help me to keep my eyes on you,
and not on things that have been.
Help me stay focused on the prize,
that you've promised when this life shall end.
