There's a love in the world
that we simply cannot measure
a love that is treasured
more than any other treasure
it's the love we have for Jesus
who loves us every one.
And He will help us all through life
Until our journey's done.

The world can be unpleasant
And we have to suffer pain
And sometimes find it hard to bear
The burden in the main
So let us call to Jesus
To help us in distress
To give us hope, enlightenment
That we may suffer less.

But we must try to help ourselves
Not just depend on Him
To heed His words and do good things
And keep our lives in trim
Then the love we have for Jesus
Will reflect upon the soul
And every good thing that we do
Will help us reach our goal.
