Gift of Love

There's beauty painted all about
The tree, the gifts, the star.
It's plain to see it represents
The miracle afar.

The angels are the ornaments,
The stable is the tree,
But the best part is underneath,
Wrapped so tenderly.

The gift of Love our Savior is,
His love is showing bright.
He sent His son down to the earth
To live that blessed night.

This gift of Love we have been given
Must not be took for granted.
Such a shame this world can't see
How Christmas has been "Santa'd."

The Christmas Love we see today;
A glimpse of pure real Love.
The Love that God had when He sent
His gift down from above.

So cherish this gift of perfect Love
And Joy you will have too.
Hold dear and smile and think awhile,
God gave this Love to You!
