Jesus

He is the Creator, the Beginning and End,
the Alpha and Omega yet calls me his friend.
The Word and the Witness, also the True Vine
some know him as Jesus the Saviour Divine.
The Rose of Sharon, the Shepherd, we're sheep
the Life, the Resurrection, now no need to weep.
He's the Lion, the Lily and yes, He's the Lamb
And the scriptures remind me, He is the I am
He's the only- begotten, the Father's dear son,
The Saviour of sinners and blest Holy one.
Immanuel God with us it's said He would be,
He's God's beloved Son who died on a tree
The King of all ages, as well as the Jews
And he is Messiah, the Christ the good news.
The Author of Life the conqueror of Hell,
The Lord of Glory, where believers shall dwell.
The Horn of Salvation, new life he brings
Apostle, high priest, He taught us great things.
Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God is He.
I know Him as Jesus and Jesus loves me.
