Your Son Jesus Christ the scriptures reveal Had compassion on all men their bodies did heal I'm losing my strength my words I do slur And sometimes I wonder if anyone's there Some have suggested with eagles I fly When at that very moment, I just want to cry My muscles are twitching my hands all a shake After ten minutes housework, I need take a break I'm losing my weight becoming quite thin How then do I pray Lord, just where to begin Do I walk through deaths valley then Paradise fly Or call for the saints to annoint me and cry Will you again Lord, work wonders and signs Miraculously heal bodies, change hearts inspire minds Whatever the future, be there bright days or dim Lord give me the faith to reach out and touch Him. |
