The Desert Bloom by Deborah Ann Belka The desert land is now a bloom, with fruit clinging to the vine what once was barren, is now fruitful and flows with everlasting wine. Years of drifting in the wilderness, have finally come to an end darkness now is full of joyful light as the lonely have found their friend. The bud of love, blossoms into grace, stirring the strings of the arid heart praise for everlasting mercies they sing songs of a new and abundant start. The weaken hand is made strong, the feeble knee now too stands for they have found God's justice and place their trust in His hands. Once blind eyes now can see, deaf ears now can hear each sound of the mute tongue song of praise and the lame's leap of eternal bound. Hands held high overhead, giving God the glory He is due rejoice, rejoice, and again rejoice for Jesus came to save you! Isaiah 35: 1-6 |
