He changed my life when I was wrong, He taught me lessons as I went along, He took my soul and spirit in His hands, And holds them forever in loves steel bands. I don't put my trust in money or fame, You'll probably never even hear my name, For my faith is placed in a man on a tree, Who surrendered His life for people like me. Your trust is well founded if you visited the cross, Where Jesus paid the cost for a world that was lost, Put your faith in Him, heaven is your goal, It's a place pf promise where we never grow old. |
