The Book

"Listen to me,listen to me.
Hear what I have to say.
Life on earth is hollow,
that's why I showed the way.

Come near, dear child,
hear what I have to say,
Just listen to me,
on this new day.

Life can be full of meaning
if you live the right way.
Refuse the way of the world
and heaven will be your pay.

Greed, lust, and possessiveness
are everywhere you look.
Live the right way,
live by, "The Book."

Listen to me,
I'll show you the way.
Love one another,
be humble, pure and kind.

Take time out for nature,
be patient, honest and true.
If you do these things,
heaven will be there for you.
