Don't Mourn for Me by Deborah Smith Plemmons Don't mourn for me too long; Turn your mourning into song. Rejoice with me where I am, My final resting place in heaven. I feel no more sorrow nor pain; Even though I died, I have great gain. You will see me again someday, Because we both chose the narrow way. There will be days you'll long for me; Just know I'm happy in the heavenly. Look to God each day to fill the void; He surpasses all-you'll be overjoyed. We will meet again by and by, On that heavenly shore on high. Until that time, may you always be Drawn closer to God---Until Eternity. |
