Washed by the Lamb

I come before thy presence,
bow down before your throne
seeking your forgiveness
your mercies and your love.

Lord, I call upon you
with hands up lifted high
searching for the answers
of the emptiness inside.

Take away this feeling
feeling of despair
take away the anguish
this pain I cannot bare.

He cleansed me at the altar
with the blood of the lamb
Jesus, My Redeemer
His disciple now I am.
