Sunday School Answers by Joy Wieters A pat on the back For an answer like that! A Sunday School answer- You laid it out flat. But do you really know What this means for your life? Do you understand, This means you'll create strife? It means walk with your God, Every day after day. Hold hands with Jesus- He'll show you the way. That means when you're in school And your friend tells you lies, Know God knows you better, And He'll wipe your eyes. You recite all the verses, But what do they mean? Find out how the Scripture Relates to a teen! Sunday School answers Are not for this bunch. You'll remember God's words With your friends at school lunch. He'll powerfully use you But you must say goodbye; Search out the real meaning; Trust God till you die. Search farther and deeper - Than all of your friends. Hold on to the meaning, To your life it lends. "You will seek Me and find When you seek with your heart." Understand what He tells you: You'll not be apart. |
