From The Inside

Sin will lead us astray and only Jesus can control sin,
Not from the outside however, He must be invited in.
When He's on the outside, we're engulfed in sin's spell,
On the inside, His love saves us from the fires of hell.

While Christ loved us enough to die for our every sin,
He will never enter in a life until He's been invited in.
Jesus or Satan abides within us, it is one or the other,
This is a personal decision, not to be made by another.

God is an equal giver, giving all the same opportunity,
To make this choice now, of where we spend eternity.
While Jesus made it possible for man to overcome sin,
With our heart's door shut, this relationship want begin.

We're all sinners, being born into sin at the very start,
The only way to defeat it, is to invite Jesus into our heart.
To ignore this would be a persons most foolish mistake,
Without Him there, nobody goes through Heaven's Gate.
