I See God

Some say that God does not exist,
that he is just not there.
If they will just look, they will see
his beauty is everywhere.

I see him in the sunshine
on a flawless, cloudless day.
His grace inhabits the rainbow, after the storm has been swept away.

His majesty attires the sunset
with it's iridescent pink and purple hues.
I glimpse his awesome glory
in the clouds as sunlight filters through.

I feel his gentle presence
as the breeze lightly caresses my skin.
I hear him in the birdsong,
when my day is about to begin.
