What Are You Afraid Of?

What are you afraid of?
Have I not been there for you?
Despite of all your troubles
I'm here and seen you through.

The times you got into a bind
I had mercy and loosened the grip
Of the consequences of your lies
That made you stumble and slip.

Why do you take it upon yourself
To plan your future well?
But don't you understand
Without my help you'll surely fail.

What are you afraid of?
To give your heart to me!
Is the world giving you all?
To supply your every need?

I have the love you desire
In abundance I will give
I'll comfort your restless heart
your sins I will forgive.

Your soul no longer empty
I've taken up the space
With my spirit overflowing
Your heart I will embrace.

Come and take my hand
and walk along with me
I am the truth,the way,and the light
And the truth will set you free!
