In, Under and Up

Christian, seek out the lost wherever God directs you to go,
Then bring them in, put them under and help them to grow.
They're all around, most anywhere you are, they'll be there,
Follow God's lead and He'll let you know just when and where.

Your first task is to get them saved out of the clutches of hell,
Lead them to Jesus Christ, away from Satan's sin filled well.
Let God's Word show the blessings gained by serving Him,
That Jesus will be their Shining Light as things begin to dim.

Once you have them in, the next step will be, get them under,
That is, to get them under water, in case you begin to wonder.
Though the're saved, it tells the world they follow the Lord,
As they are baptized, they are joined with Him in one accord.

You've helped them in, put them under, now help them to grow,
Get them in the bible, in church, sharing the truths you know.
As they grow, perhaps someday they will do what you've done,
When this happens, the true glory will be given to God's Son.
