An Ambassador

I am become an ambassador.
I will faithfully represent my Lord.
For I will carry the Gospel,
To those who have never heard.

I am to show those in darkness,
That Jesus is the Light.
For they that believe on Him,
Will go where there is no night.

I am to walk in the Spirit
And not walk after the flesh.
For I will do the things of God,
And He will faithfully bless.

I am waiting for that day,
When I'll see God face to face.
For I hope to hear, "Well done",
And at Jesus' feet my rewards place.
