Time for God by Deborah Smith Plemmons Sometimes we seem like a Martha; So busy doing and working. When it's at Jesus feet we should be, Listening and receiving a blessing. There is a time to work; There is a time to play. But we should also remember, There is a time to pray. We read an enjoyable book That makes us laugh and cry, But what about God's Word? It's to our lives we should apply. Reading God's Word every day And praying is a must. Our blessings will be countless, If in God we put our trust. |
