Liquid Love
by Gabriel Fearing

Whom shall I fear? I'm engulfed by you.
Surrounded by light in a world of gloom.
Your love reigns over me from high above.
Life water rains down like liquid love.

Whom shall I fear? I escaped the shade.
Rescued by your fiery blade. I am unafraid.
Protector and defender of my heart.
Stronghold of freedom. Personal rampart.

Whom shall I fear? You are my fortress.
Your potent light's so vibrant and lustrous.
Your love reigns over me from high above.
Your tears rain down like liquid love.

Whom shall I fear? Whom shall I dread?
Your blood is the wine. Your body the bread.
I drank from your cup. My soul was drenched.
I ate of your bread. My hunger was quenched.

Whom shall I fear? You enlighten the dark.
Your love is revealed in the colorful arc.
Your love reigns over me from high above.
Your love reins free as the unbound dove.

Your blood rains down like liquid love.
