HE IS WAITING

To fill you with love;
And peace from above;
At your door, He waits;
And patiently, He knocks.

To save you from strife;
And give you eternal life;
At your door, He waits;
And gently, He knocks.

To redeem you from sin;
And renew you from within;
At your door, He waits;
And lovingly, He knocks.

To anoint you with His Spirit;
And make you His kingdom inherit;
At your door, He waits;
And eagerly, He knocks.

So hesitate no more;
Just open your door;
Let Jesus our savior enter,
And be your life's center.
