We're in His Hands

We're in his hands, He'll see us through
As He commands so we will do
Although our words and wisdom fail
We're in His hands, He will prevail

We're in His hands, each prayer we've prayed
In shifting sands and darker shades
As violent storms of life assail
We're in His hands, He will not fail

The tranquil calm, the tempest sore
Within His palm we are secure
In every fierce and howling gale
We're in His hands, He will not fail

Our broken dreams and pleas denied
His mercy gleams, He's at our side
His faithful love it will prevail
We're in His hands, He will not fail
