Victory Over The Giant by Cindy Wyatt David was just a boy with five stones in his bag and a sling in his hand But he knew he could defeat the giant Because on God's word he did stand David said to Goliath, "You come to me with your shield and sword, but I come to you in the name of the Great and powerful Lord" As the giant came toward the little shepherd boy to mock him and despise him, David trusted in God and his faith did not grow dim The nine foot giant with his armor of brass came tumbling down with a single stone and that God does great miracles it is well known |
