Free From Me

All this Fear is killing me,
Why can't I just let it be?
Once again these feelings come
to make me feel like I just don't belong
My heart screams,
Its like nobody is near.
"Nobody cares" says fear
But I won't let it win
This man in black
he comes back
to haunt me
why cant he let me be?
why can't he feel my hurt
fear comes back
rushing back again
as my day begins
he starts screaming
"YOU ARE A FAILURE AND A LOST CAUSE!"
Thats when i stop and pause.
How much more should i take
before i finally break?
Never again should i make that mistake
I'm tired of being called average
Thats not what i want to be
I want to be free,
free from me.
