You point your finger to the God above;
You say you see no proof of His love.
With all the hate you see each day,
You wonder if this is the only way
To live...

Looking over your shoulder every step you take,
Thinking your heart will be the next to break,
You ask God why and silence you hear.
So you blame Him for your constant fear
But remember...

You must give credit where credit is due;
No matter what, He is always with you.
If given the chance, the things He could do;
So, you must give credit where credit is due.

You've tried every trick in the book you can find
To accuse His love, but still you are blind.
You've searched high and low for a catch to His grace,
Scared to fall into His loving embrace
But remember...
