Hope

With hope and honor on Him we call,
and those who come and those who pray;
a holy habitat waits for all,
to those who trust and to those who obey.

A promise, a heavenly home,
where golden streets have halls of gems;
new beauty hosts new place like a dome
and halos’ hail as diadems.

We turn from sin, become His heir.
All peoples’ tongues the same up there
in rebuilt Jerusalem with a remnant restored,
a holy mansion with those He adored.
