Satan's Bait

Take heed, your mind at stake
To forsake HIS Name sake
Forced to partake
In the lake lured by “Satan’s bait”.

Confusion; his devious trait
In the mind it originates
Lies he swiftly fabricates
Your Faith, he misappropriates.

Lust; in your eyes he generates
Enticing your heart to fornicate
Justification he insinuates
“Love is about give and take”.

Pride; he cleverly creates
In your heart it collaborates
A spirit of division and hate
Your character he eliminates!

Fear and Deception; his bait
Helpless and bound you can’t escape
Ensnared; Your soul he undertakes
Death he contemplates!

ARISE! Discern his traits
Your weakness he uses as bait
I implore; don’t hesitate
For if you fail to wake
His lake will be your fate!

Therefore, Embrace the Great
The ONE that alleviates
With HIS Mercy and Grace
Your soul HE recuperates

Your destiny; The Heavenly Gates.
