That would be glory enough for me
by Mary Kathryn McConkey

If I could only kiss your feet,
that would be glory enough for me.
To bow down before you in heaven;
To praise you continually...
That would make eternity
worth all of my suffering.
It's not jewels upon a crown I want.
I want nothing worldly.
Father, my Creator,
it would be glory enough for me,
knowing all repent and love you,
all of my family.
To know that they would all
be surely heaven bound:
Never a possession
would be priceless as this, I've found.
For you to keep your hand on them,
and for us all to feel your grace...
that would be glory enough for me,
oh, to see a smile upon your face.
