The Blackbirds

"Look Mum!" said a child, "There's a pretty bird!" Mr. Blackbird didn't think he was very "pretty" but he liked the compliment. He fluffed up his feathers and sang a little song for the child. "That was beautiful!" said the child's mother. "Here, give the bird something to eat as a reward!"
