Crime and Punishment

Each crime must have its fitting punishment. If a crime gets too little punishment then the crime will be repeated. If a speeding ticket only cost $5 and 5 minutes of time, and if no one had to know about it, then people would have no problem speeding. But that's not the case, it takes 15 minutes, it may cost $300 and your insurance company will know about it. You will not likely speed for a while!
