Wording of this Handout:
Tips for learning to Draw
1. Start with the big shapes - squares, triangles, rectangles.
2. Use a soft pencil and draw lightly
3. Notice edges. An object is known by its edges.
4. Add the details last.
5. Spend some time looking at what you are thinking of drawing.
6. Use your imagination - don't try to be a camera.
7. Keep things consistent. If you start with a wiggly line, make the whole
picture wiggly. If you start with a little bitsy lines, do the whole
thing bitsy. Don't mix techniques. If you start with big, bold, heavy
strokes, keep going that way.
