Wording of this Handout:

Some Nursery Rhymes seem to have the wrong ending. Here's how they might finish...perhaps YOU would like to have a go at different endings too?

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall,
All the king's horses and all the king's men,

Wee Willie Winkie,
Runs through the town,
Upstairs and downstairs, In his night gown...
He belongs to the Night-Gown Running Club.

If you want to make an omelet, and can't be bothered pushing an egg off a wall...just crack one into a bowl, and beat. Get a pan, and put some butter in, then fry the egg mixture, folding it lightly as it cooks. Yum.
