The dog who went to the moon.
One day not long ago (last Tuesday actually), Commander Fizzle-bump and his dog Phosphorus got into their rocket and flew away. They did not know where they were going because they had forgotten to take a map, but eventually, and quite by a stroke of sheer luck, they landed on the moon.
It was nice on the moon. Phosphorus ate some cheese and barked at the aliens, and the Commander played leap-frog with the picnic basket, then he said dynamically: “We must be going now – we have serious work to do!”
So they took off again and flew back to earth, but Phosphorus stuck his head out of the window because it was really exciting, and all his hair caught fire.
So commander Fizzle-bump called his dog Match Head from then on and nobody laughed about it unless they were in another room where the Commander couldn't hear them.
